What type of Laundry Service do you offer?
Basic Laundry (Wash, Dry, Fold)
Dry Cleaning – We provide subcontracting services
Specialty Item Cleaning – tablecloths, curtains, or blankets.
Delicate Fabric Care – silk, wool or anything that could shrink or get damaged.
Linen and Bedding Services – Clean sheets, towels, and blankets.
Stain Removal – Any pre-existing stains will be communicated with the customer prior to service.

How much does your service cost?
Pricing varies by contract and is charged per pound.
How will I be billed? What is your payment, Methods?
We accept credit cards, cash or checks. We will bill your credit cards directly. We will email you a detailed invoice each time your card is billed.
Do you offer pick-up and delivery services?
Yes, we offer pickup and delivery.
Is there a minimum charge?
No, there is no minimum charge. Is there any contract or long-term commitment? We do have contracts, but they are not required. You can cancel or suspend your account at any time.
What is the turnaround time?
You can expect your laundry to be returned within 24 hours after we pick it up.
Can you provide same-day service for urgent needs?
Yes, if time permits.
How long has Frost Industries Laundry been in business?
Frost Industries have been in the personal laundry business for over 30 years.
Can you remove all stains?
While we have a stain removal process, we cannot guarantee all stains will be able to be removed from the garment.
Do I need to sort my clothes?
No, we do all the separating for you! If you have any special requests as to how you would like your clothes done, please let us know.
Do I need to weigh my laundry?
No, you do not have to weigh your bag, we have a scale on the premises. In most cases it's best to weigh after the laundry is processed as you might have wet towels etc. that would add to the weight of the bag.
Are there any clothes you cannot clean?
Yes, some garments that have glued decorations or excessive beading are not recommended for this service.
What happens if an item gets damaged during cleaning or lost?
– Damaged at Frost - We would cover the cost of the item and/or credit the account.
– Lost – We provide inventory counts for customers owned linen contracts and rental service contracts. So lost items are negotiated at the time of invoicing.
