supportive programs for infants, children, teens and adults with disabilities and their families.

Each year, the Go for the Gold 5K & Fun Run raises funds necessary for the operation of The Arc Caddo-Bossierโ€™s Goldman School and Child Development centers. We are the only Type III, four-star licensed facilities in Louisiana serving children with and without disabilities in an inclusive environment.

Go for the Gold will be March 21, 2026, starting at 8 AM
at A.C. Steere Park in the Broadmoor Neighborhood.

Goldman School & Child Development Centers

Goldman is a Type III, four-star licensed Child Development Center for children ages 8 weeks through 5 years old. Children with and without disabilities are given the opportunity to grow and learn together.

Community Housing

There are eight Community Homes positioned throughout the Shreveport-Bossier area, where six-eight adults of the same gender live together with supervision from house managers and additional staff.

GREAT Equine Assisted Services

Since 1997, The Arc Caddo-Bossierโ€™s GREAT Program has offered equine assisted services to children and adults with disabilities.

Conly Day Program

The Conly Day Center is an active Monday-Friday Day Program where adults with disabilities participate in arts and crafts, social outings, weekly movies, and more.
