The Arc Caddo-Bossier's Frost Industries’ largest custodial contracts are Barksdale Air Force Base in Bossier City, LA, and the Louisiana State Office Building in Shreveport, LA.  Frost provides commercial linen services for Physicians Behavioral Hospital, Orthopedic Specialists of Louisiana, Northwest Louisiana War Veterans Home, Lake Bistineau State Park, and Barksdale Air Force Base. We also manufacture heating and air conditioning filters, along with Snake Snare products, and provide lawn services for Church of the Holy Cross and the State of Louisiana Weigh Station located in Greenwood.

James Conly Center

The James Conly Center, home to Frost Industries, is also a work activity center, licensed by the state of Louisiana to provide part-time employment, employment-related training, and productive activities to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Individuals with disabilities, age 18 or older, may apply for part-time employment, training, and other services at the James Conly Center. Staff includes Certified Medication Administration Attendants, employees trained in First Aid, Qualified Intellectual Disability Professionals, instructors, supervisors and an activity coordinator. The staff-client ratio is one to eight or less.

The James Conly Center serves approximately 200 clients and offers a variety of activities according to client abilities and skills. In addition to work, clients participate in arts and crafts, social outings, weekly movies, and more. In this nurturing environment, men and women with disabilities learn new skills, are assisted in maintaining those skills, and have social exchanges, both with one other and out in the community.
