Children's Choice

Children’s Choice is a community-based program that provides supports and services to children with disabilities who currently live at home with their families or will leave an institutional setting to return home.

Long-Term Personal Care Service

Long-Term Personal Care provides support and assistance with daily living and activities. Individuals 65 and older, or 21 and older with disabilities, are eligible for this program.

Respite Care

Respite Care is specialized care for families in our community who care for a child or adult with disabilities at home. The Arc of Caddo-Bossier offers both in-home and out-of-home respite services.

 

Supported Independent Living

The Supported Independent Living program provides support and assistance to adults with disabilities who live in their own homes and apartments throughout the community.

 

Community Living Support and Services

Community Choice Waiver

This program provides services in a home or community-based setting for individuals who would otherwise require institutional care. Recipients must be age 65 and older or age 21 and older and disabled (according to Medicaid standards or SSI disability criteria).


Community Living Support

Personal Care Attendant

The program provides this service for individuals with disabilities, from birth through adulthood, who live at home and require specialized physical assistance.
